How Kayda handles the details you send through this website.

Who we are

This website is run by Cankut Eker and Daanish Duvvi, the founders of Kayda, from Sydney. To reach us about your details, use the contact form or reply to our email.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, organisation, why you are getting in touch and your message.

We also store a keyed one-way hash of your IP address with your message, so we can slow down automated messages. We do not store the address itself.

When you send the form, Vercel's BotID runs a check in your browser to tell whether a person or a program is sending it. Vercel processes what the check collects from your browser, and tells us only whether a program sent the form. We do not store that answer with your message.

Why we collect it

We use these details only to reply to you and to keep a record of who has been in touch. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share your details.

Where it is kept

Your message is stored in a database run by Supabase in Sydney, and we read it there. It is not sent to us by email. The site is hosted by Vercel, which also runs BotID. These providers may store or process your details outside Australia.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by replying to our email or writing to us through the contact form. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
